Return Policy

At Kate & Jane Manchester, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Below you will find our clear guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • Physical Receipt: A return can only be requested after the item has been physically received.

  • Original Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • Tags & Labels: All original tags and labels must still be attached to the garment.

  • Trial Period: Trying on an item is permitted, but wearing it for extended periods is not allowed.

  • Bulk Ordering Policy: Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return a portion is not permitted under our policy.

2. RETURN COSTS

  • Customer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • International Shipping: This includes international shipping rates and any potential customs fees or import duties.

3. THE RETURN PROCESS

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return:

  1. Notification: Contact our support team at support@kateandjane.com within 14 days of receiving your order to register your return.

  2. Return Address: Upon approval, we will provide you with the return address of our fulfillment partner (located in China).

  3. Shipping: Send the item back using a reliable courier. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

  4. Proof of Postage: Please keep your proof of postage until the refund has been processed.

4. REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected for its condition:

  • We will process your refund within 14 days.

  • The amount will be credited back via your original payment method.

5. LIABILITY & ACCURACY

  • Delivered Orders: We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information indicates that the item was successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

  • Correction Window: If you notice an error in your address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@kateandjane.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.
